Effective: April 23, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (the "Incentive Terms") govern the BLCKTEC Creator Challenge Program (the "Program") running from May 4, 2025, through May 31, 2025. These Incentive Terms form a binding agreement between you and BLCKTEC and are subject to BLCKTEC’s general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Affiliate Marketing Guidelines (collectively, the "Governing Documents").
By participating, you agree to comply with these terms and all other applicable BLCKTEC policies. In case of conflict between these Incentive Terms and the Governing Documents, these terms shall control.
Important: Only sales and content related to the following BLCKTEC products will be counted toward this challenge:
• BLCKTEC 430
• BLCKTEC 440
• BLCKTEC 460T
Any content or GMV from other BLCKTEC products will not qualify for rewards in this program.
To participate, you must:
Be an invited by BLCKTEC (others may apply for approval).
Be a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia.
Be at least 18 years old.
Failure to meet these criteria or follow the terms will result in disqualification.
The Program is valid from May 4 to May 31, 2025 (PST). Only content and GMV generated from approved accounts during this time will be considered. BLCKTEC’s systems and timestamps will determine all deadlines.
Earn rewards based on the total number of qualifying videos published on your participating account:
10–14 videos: $200 bonus
15–59 videos: $50 for each video over 14, up to a $1,500 max
60+ videos: Additional $500 bonus on top of the $1,500
Video Criteria:
Must receive at least 1,000 views or generate at least 1 order
Must be longer than 30 seconds
Canceled, returned, or refunded orders are excluded
Rewards based on your most-viewed video published during the challenge period:
Tier 1: $1,000 (1.5M+ views)
Tier 2: $500 (800k+ views)
Tier 3: $200 (80k+ views)
Only your highest-viewed eligible video will be counted.
Rewards based on total GMV generated through your participating account:
Tier 1: $1,000 (GMV > $60,000)
Tier 2: $500 (GMV > $40,000)
Tier 3: $200 (GMV > $20,000)
Only GMV from the challenge period is eligible. Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders are excluded.

You must submit your claim by June 30, 2025. Late or incomplete claims may be disqualified. Verification and payout decisions are at BLCKTEC’s sole discretion. You may be asked to provide documentation or proof of eligibility.
Rewards valued over $600 may be subject to tax reporting. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your awards. A Form 1099 may be issued if required by law.
Only invited or approved creators may participate.
BLCKTEC reserves the right to audit, disqualify, or withhold awards due to suspected fraud or violations.
You release and hold harmless BLCKTEC and TikTok for any claims related to participation, including technical errors, loss of data, or misuse of rewards.
All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under California law and the American Arbitration Association. No class-action suits are permitted.
BLCKTEC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Creator Challenge Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official company channels, and continued participation in the Program following these changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
By accepting an award, you grant BLCKTEC the right to use your name, likeness, TikTok handle, and submitted content in promotional materials without additional compensation.
