We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item ordered directly from BLCKTEC, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping, handling, or any additional charges.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be sent within 30 days after the item is delivered.
  • The item must be new or unused, with no signs of wear or scratches.
  • All packaging, inserts, Quick Start Guide, promotional gifts, product case, and cable/accessories must be included.
  • The order has to be placed on blcktec.com. If your order was placed through one of the platforms below, please use their return systems respectively for return and refund:
          - Authorized shop “BLCKTEC” on Amazon (US) : Submit your return through your Amazon order page.
          - Authorized shop “BLCKTEC” on TikTok Shop: Start your return directly from your order history on TikTok Shop.
  • Purchases made from unauthorized shops or sellers other than the three platforms mentioned above are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at 1-866-909-6777 (available on Mon-Fri, 6am - 6pm PST).

2. Follow the instructions provided by the representative during the call.

3. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label prepaid by BLCKTEC.

4. Ship the item within 7 calendar days after receiving the return shipping label.

5. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the returned item. Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria (refer to “Return Condition” above) will not be refunded.

6. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

📦 Can’t Find Your Package

If the tracking shows “delivered” but your order is missing or lost, email us at order@blcktec.com with your Order ID.
Lack of information may delay the process.

🚫 Want to Cancel or Modify Your Order

Changes or cancellations are NOT guaranteed. Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for shipping. If you wish to cancel your order or add/remove items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request promptly.

To request a cancellation or modify items, email us at order@blcktec.com and include your Order ID as soon as possible. BLCKTEC is NOT responsible for any cancellation due to incorrect, invalid, or unsupported addresses.

✏️ Need to Change Shipping Address

Changes are NOT guaranteed. Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for shipping. And we are unable to cancel or stop the shipment. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

Please avoid using a P.O. Box, as some carriers do not support P.O. Box deliveries.

To request an address change, email us at order@blcktec.com and include your Order ID as soon as possible. BLCKTEC is NOT responsible for any mis-delivered packages due to incorrect, invalid, or unsupported addresses.
